The art center encompasses a grand theater, a museum, a sports center, and a commercial area, with a total area of approximately 110,000 square meters. The basement reaches a maximum depth of -15.2 meters, and the tallest building stands at 54.93 meters. The main structure is covered by a long-span steel-aluminum single-layer grid roof. The project has a complex structure and contains multiple irregularities. The grand theater and the museum are connected at the position of the large roof, and the length of the roof structural unit exceeds 300 meters. This project belongs to a super high-rise building with Class A height and complex connections of the long-span roof. The design of this project was won by an internationally renowned architectural firm, and a top domestic design institute was awarded the preliminary design and construction drawing design. Our company got involved from the preliminary design stage and continued until the completion of the construction drawing design. We assisted the design institute in analyzing and calculating the optimization of the structural design models of each building and the long-span roof, creating considerable economic value for the client.
